1000 miles 07 Heritage, must be deaf, no tranny noise

 

Mine had the marbles in the soup can noise in first and fifth gear, service manager at dealer kept giving me the same of crap about straight cut gears. Kinda pi**ed me off as I know the difference between a whine (which you can hear, but not at all bothersome) and a rattle.The rattle seemed to occuronly if I was lugging the motor. Had the torque smoothing download done, and the rattle it barely noticable. I believe since I know it's there,I can hear it.
The bottom line is I love everything about this bike and would not go back to any of the four harleys I rode before.
