You should be able to make a good starting calibration selection from the included base cals. Make sure you run the software updater and have the most current updates, and follow the standard criteria for selecting your base map:
1.) Year and model
2.) Cams
3.) Heads
4.) Exhaust
Not really enough in your original post to go on, but presuming stock heads it looks like you might want to start with maybe CAA176-03? You should be able to use the Cam Estimator to adjust the cam event timing for the 48's, and be pretty close for starters?

Doc has created a VTune for Dummies PDF; take advantage of the VTune feature and tune it yourself. You can search for "VTune for Dummies" and the file should turn up somewhere. If not, PM me with an email address and I will send you Doc's manual.
