Default EVO Carb Jetting question

Hi All,
I picked up a 1995 FXDL a week or so ago. I believe it is running lean. It has the stock filter and screaming eagle slip ons. I just got a cvp jet kit. I am going to put a KN filter in the stock housing...so My question is..in the instructions it say to use a 46 pilot and 185 main jet for stag one setup. Would this work for my setup?
Sorry..I'm brand new to harleys

i have a 1998 FXDL with a CVP jet kit in the CV carb kit. I have the K&N kit and V&H longshots on mine. I run a 48 and a 185 and i run a little lean on the pilot as well.

A 185 and a 46 are the place to start.
