CV Jetting help?
Hi folks, looking for a starting point.
Info, I'm going to a carb/points from an MM EFI on my 98FLHPI.
40mm CV off a 95 RK
Bassani True Duals with fishtail extensions (straight, no baffle, 30" pipes on the end of the Bassani)
Andrews EV27 cam
Drag Specialties Retro Bob air cleaner (foam, wide open)
Rivera mech advance on points (may go to TwinTec VTI or Mallory later)
Stock bore/stroke/heads/manifold
There's a 42 slow and 175 main in it (from ebay like that) I've got sitting here a 45 and 48 slow and am picking up a 180, 185, 190 main tomorrow morning.
What should I start at with that cam/ac/pipe combo do you think? I'd rather start rich and have to lean it than start lean and burn something up.
Was thinking I might polish up the slide, I rebuilt the carb the other day but didn't have what I needed to polish it (I do now).

Thanks!
I don't doubt they were part of the problem I had tuning the MM POS (it was a bitch before I added them) Might you elaborate on why though, what aspect? I love the look, love the sound, and I'm willing to put in the work to get it tuned, just wondering why I'm in for what I'm in for.
