Default D&D Boarzilla or Fatcat 2-1 on 117"

I am looking at going with a big bore kit, (117") and wanted to hear from those members out there on exhaust preference. I see that the Boarzilla is the exhaust for 117 or bigger but I was wanting to know if some of you have experience with the Fatcat 2-1 on the bigger engines. I just bought my fatcat with standard baffle 8 months ago and wanted to possibly use it on my new build. I really don't want to shell out another grand on exhaust but will if necessary for the new engine kit. thanks for your replies in advance.

Necessary? No. You might get a few extra HP by going to the Borzilla but the Fatcat will still work fine.

Drop the folks at D&D an email. Give them all your specs and tell them you're trying to decide between the standard 2-1 Fatcat and the Boarzilla. They'll tell you what you need. You don't have to tell them you already have the Fatcat.

My bet? You'll wind up riding a boar rather than a cat.

One of the forum members has a 117" that runs our heads, Wood 9F, tuned at another outfit.
Had a Fatcat, but moved to a Borezilla. 141/144

You're right. It's only money. They print more of it every day. LOL!
