FLSTC: Will pre-'09 exhaust fit an '09?

The V&H Big Shots are just too loud for me, so I'm considering buying an OEM exhaust and then aftermarket slip-ons. Will pre-'09 exhaust bolt up to my '09 Heritage? I know the pre-'09 won't have cats and that's great, but otherwise will they work?
