Finishing up a friend's '01 Chief. 2 into 1 pipe, approx 3.5" "muffler." Dude had a fishtail tip on there but that's gone...

turns out he's been runnin straight wide open this whole time. Guess the fishtail was keepin things reasonable? Was always annoyingly loud, even to him

so anyway...what's a good inexpensive baffle we can put in there that'll still crackle and rumble but will give better performance than a huge open pipe?

 

I have custom Dragos S/C/S baffles for 3.5 inch dia mufflers call me later today would be happy to help.

 

Appreciate the offer, but I neglected to mention a big part of the focus: inexpensive.

That word and "custom" don't go together.
