Default Low Oil Damage???

Guys, I need some help on 97 FLHRI EVO re-man motor with 6k on it...I recently had the dealer change the fluids. I put 50 miles on it by the time I got home from the oil change (the day was 70 degrees in AZ). The next time I went out, I checked the oil (I always pre-trip - ex-trucker).
How much damage is done to the motor if any?
What should I have a mechanic do to it? Compression check? Heads off? Do I ride it to a mech or tow???
I called the dealer. They sent a mech out to add oil. They haven't offered anything but state they'll do something (threw it in my court attitude). Do I get a lawyer to talk with the dealer? Or try by myself? I did write all the specifics in a fedex letter to them. But their response is no damage done with just 50 miles on it with 1.25 qts low. Your thoughts...love to hear from Harley techs especially...
Thanks!!!

You don`t know what the level was when you picked up the bike.

Threw it in your court attitude?

Lawyer?

Maybe the mech made a mistake, maybe not, but your attitude is way out there...

Don`t expect them to be very helpful if you ever have a real problem.

By the way, running 1-1/2 quarts low didn`t hurt a thing.

Top it off and forget about it but learn to change fluids yourself. Dealer tech made a mistake but no harm, no foul; no worth pissing the dealer off.

Got to love people...you tell me you are an ex-trucker and check your oil level pre-trip....but you did not check it when you picked the bike up from the shop? I trust everybody, but I cut the cards...now you want to lawyer-up? America's answer to everything...call the lawyer.

You have a one year unlimited mileage warranty from the MoCo, providing a dealership did the uninstall and reinstall of the engine.
Document the oil consumption be it daily or weekly.
Maybe the oil jockey at the dealership forgot how many bottles he/she installed in your ride.
BTW, chances are there where one or more techs working on your bike that day and there was a lack of comms between them..
Have had this happen with my ride at a well known local dealership and have had hassles and not been back since.
