Bike wont stay on
Im have a problem with my 04 heritage. I started my bike this morning the idle sounded perfect the bike ran great. Got on the freeway road about an hour exited the freeway down shifted to neutral as i slowed down probably about 10 to 15 mile hour the bike shut off. I started it up again with no problem but as i came up to a parking lot i noticed it wanted to die out again so i gave it a little and it stayed on. Parked for a few hours got back on road for about 15 minutes pulled off the freeway again and had to give it some to stay on cuz it wanted to stall out again. Ended up getting home ok but as i pulled into my driveway it died again. So i went to start it and the idle was weak and died out. I came inside let it sit for a few hours went back out and she fired back up idle was fine. So im noticing its only doing it when its warmed up. I checked the battery connections and they were fine. I just got the battery about 4 monthes ago. I checked for codes and its not pulling any codes. If anybody can give me some advise it would be great. Thanks

Had this SAME exact issue with my 10 SG. I would be kicking down the interstate and as soon as I would go to downshift or left off the gas it would die out. While it's not throwing any codes there was a sensor that had gone bad on my bike and wasn't throwing a code. Sadly I don't remember exactly which one it was but it was a 10 minute fix with harley. Hope this helps.

I,ve heard from a few guys something about the cheap hoses going to the elec. fuel pump in the tank rotting. I have all carbs on my bike, so I don't remember exac. what it was but H.D. wanted alot of $ for parts and they got them on ebay cheap. I'll try to get ahold of one of them today and find out for sure.
