95” Build Question?
I have 05 RKC with standard St 2 big bore kit (95”, 203 cams, SERT and SE Pro II slip-ons) puts out about 74HP & 90 TQ, My valve seals are bad and it is still under warranty. My question is does anyone have any ideas what I can have done to enhance the build I already have while Harley is paying for the labor involved on the seal repair with out spending a lot more money?

RE: 95” Build Question?
I doubt you'll get much in the way of "extra" if it's a warranty job.
If you could pull the heads yourself, you could simply send them out for a professional port & polish (which would include new, better, seals), but that's gonna come out of your pocket. However, as in most cases.... ya get what ya pay for!

RE: 95” Build Question?
The dealer that is doing the warranty work is the one who suggested that this would be a good time to do any work to the top end and let Harley pay for part or all of the labor depending on what I would like to do. I was thinking about maybe SE heads, I just don’t know which ones. I really didn’t want to get into the high compression stuff, keeping my cast pistons, stock pushrods, no compression releases and so on. The dealer also has a sale going on parts 20% off.

RE: 95” Build Question?
I believe if you swap heads you'll also need to swap cams.Screw the numbers, how does it feel?I don't feel for MY type of riding the heads would be worth the money.Every time I read a dyno sheet I notice the rpms are above where I nomally would ride atand just can't justify the money for something I may never utilize. And yes, I know people will argue I'm wrong but that's my opinion.
