Default How to Set Compression Ratio Question

I am putting together my parts list for a 96" ---> 103" conversion. I am trying to figure out which pistons to order. Let's say I have decided to go with 10.5:1 compression ratio engine. Why wouldn't I simply order a set of Wiseco p/n 4997 3.875" 10.5:1 pistons?

Yes, while the engine is apart I am going to send out my stock heads out for a P&P, but my intent is to bolt them back on along with the Wiseco pistons. Based on reading some tech info on the i/net, I am getting the impression that some owners have set their CR by altering the head.

So, how do I figure out what pistons to buy?
