Intake Oil Blowby Clogged

Intake Oil Blowby Clogged
Have a front intake seal leaking. Was taking everything apart to put new gaskets in.
Thought I would clean all connections with electric parts cleaner and soak the fuel injectors while I had it apart.
The breather tube out of back head goes into a rubber line into bottom of intake hole.
It attaches to a bar that runs to other side top end breather.
I assume it is oil blow by that would run from one side accross the top of that bar to other side and then leak out into air breather filter.
That rubber line was almost completly clogged.
How would that effect the bike and how would it run if that top two breather lines are almost completly clogged.
It is a high air flow breather, harlen ness I believe.
Part 2
Can you spray seafoam in the breather holes and let it drain then change the oil?
Just wondering
By my mechanic jargon you can probably tell I am not a top notch harley mechanic
