Closing hypercharger crankcase breather hole
Hi everybody
Somebody knows the size of marked holes in an hypercharger? I've installed a "horseshoe" type crankcase breather to the hypercharger and now I need to close the front hole (the one that is in the side of the front cilinder, whith the 90 degree nipple) with a bolt but I cant find one that fits properly.
Someone with an hypercharger knows this information?

National Pipe Thread. Can't you take that part to the hardware store and try some different size bolts or taps in it?

If there is no way that whatever you use to plug the holes can be sucked into intake once the unit is assembled, you could use JB Weld or expoxy to fill the holes. Just need to be sure that if it was to come loose, the loose material cannot be sucked into the intake.
I think this is what you are looking for:

Go to the Kuryakyn website : http://www.kuryakyn.com and find the hypercharger that you have. You will find the installation instructions there with a parts list that inlcudes the size of the bolts. Looks like they're 1/4-20 but you check the hypercharger you have and look over the parts list included with the installation instructions.
