Default Vibration in a 01 Heritage softail

Ok about a month ago I had my bike dyno'd after installing gear drive cams. Well when it came off the dyno it had a terrible vibration in the engine. We figured it had gotten over revved and the counter balancers had became untimed of the crank got bent, well now that my mechanic has torn the engine down he cant find anything wrong. No crank doesnt appear to be bent and everything appears to be in time in the bottom end. The motor mounts were fine and it doesnt appear to be in the transmission.. Have any of yall ran into something like this?

When I was tunning I had a similar problem. The front was running leaner than the rear. The engine was vibrating like mad. I went in and manually corrected the VE tables by matching the low front readings to the rear readings of the same rpm and map.
After that it was smooth as could be.
