A 95" big bore with 203 cams I would think would definitely need a little more fuel as the stockers are on the edge of too lean when at light throttle. I'm sure djl or someone else may be able to get you the part number for that jet needle.
Good suggestion Joe. Sportster needle is 27094-88 stamped with N65C. If the noise is detonation and the OP put 5700 miles on in this condition, he may already have some pitting in the top of the piston; needs to get it fixed ASAP.

If heads were milles, and 203's installed, if you can't cure the detonation with fuel, you will need to pull some timing in the areas that you are getting the pinging. As DJL questioned, how much did you mill and what pistons. You could be anywhere from 9.5 to 10.5 to one depending on the setup. If you are near 10.0:1 or higher, timing definitely has to be addressed.

Have you checked your beer cans to make sure there are no pebbles in them?

(sorry - couldn't resist)
