I am not sure what the piston diameter would be but 95 cubic inches seems like the limit on an over bore on stock cylinders. If you are going to increase the cubic inches why not get the heads reworked at the same time? Add a suitable cam and you would be able take much greater advantage of those extra cubes.

Having the heads reworked would mean modifying the intake and exhaust passages so that the amount of air/fuel flow is maximized. The valves may or may not be increased in size, (Depends on the head builder) and higher pressure valve springs may be required depending on how radical your cam is.

You can go to 98" with the Rev Performance kit. No case boring required.

Yes I am aware of the 98 cubic inch kits using aftermarket cylinders, there are several suppliers selling them. GMR Performance uses all aluminum cylinders with a Nikasil Plating job on the cylinder walls and no iron liner at all. (It is possible that they all use the same type construction in order to avoid boring the cases ) But I think that “Tltrump” was asking about the largest safe over boar on stock cylinders.

the largest safe over bore is 3.875" on stock jugs, gives you 95ci.
