What' the diff btwn Stage I and II AC's???
What's the difference between SE air cleaner kits for Stage I and Stage II for TC-88's? Is it just an increased flow rate? If more air (with appropriate amount of more fuel) is good, why wouldn't I want a Stage II kit?

I can certainly be wrong but I think that the air cleaners are the same on Stage I and Stage II. I think that the Stage II adds internal engine changes to the Stage I modifications. (Cam change and possibly more)

You're correct - same air filter - other mods make it a stage II

You would have to change the throttle body to flow more air than a SE AC.

Maybe that's the diff. Stage II AC has a different backing plate for different TB. That makes sense.
