I believe bobcowan answered it in his last post but I would like to hear from someone again just to be sure I understand.

Thanks

I have a 07 road king and the first thing I did was change the muffler to some samson's I kept the stock pipes on the bike. I also change the ac and add a power commander and had a shop put it on a dnyo it runs great and the spark plug looks like a gold or tan look. After reading your post I would prefer that the stock pc would run my fuel system, right now the o2 are disconnected. The only thing I have that bugs me is if something goes wrong I have to put the bike back to the stock condition but I guess that’s price to pay

Adding slipon exhaust and doing nothing else shouldn't require installing any kind of EFI tuning. How rich or lean you're running depends on the volume of air coming in, not going out. But, if you alter the stock air/fuel ratio by adding a high-flow air cleaner (K&N, Arlen Ness, SE Stage 1) then you definitely will need to re-tune. More air coming in with the EFI still operating at the stock settings will result in an even leaner air/fuel mixture which translates to engine running way too hot.

100% correct. Also, and I'm not sure why, but HD has superceded the '06 HiFlo kit from 29773-02B to -02C which is of course on backorder. Patience. If you want your '07 to run its best, give us in the dealer network time to learn and our advice will be that much better.
