Wood 5-6

both will get you the down low results. The woods cam will hit higher torque numbers earlier than the T-man. The T-man will give you higher HP numbers on the topside. Have you considered the woods 8? The 8 cam will give you give you almost as much HP as the T-man but way more torque than the 5-6. You will be much happier with the woods 8 in my opinion.

In the 590 lift area, I prefer TMan's TR-590 cam. I've had it in my motor before and it is a very good all around cam. Good low-end and good HP. I will also say the TR590 is one of the most used cams by engine builders, not just TMan.
Also, do you have plans on going bigger on the throttle body? Big valves with bigger TB means more flow/fuel and I'd go with a 625 lift over a 590 lift to allow time for it to breath.
I have the TR-625 and love it. My 103 has never been faster than with this cam and believe me, its pretty fast for a "little" 103.

I ran the 5-6 in a well prepped 98" and it does exactly as advertised, lots of torque in a very useable rpm range and was a fairly quiet cam as far as valve train noise. I have installed a fair number of Wood cams over the years and this is one that I think is often overlooked. In a 113, this cam will really come on early and strong in the range you suggested you were looking for.
