Default Thoughts on this build

I am Building my 2003 Road King to this, What are some thoughts on it. Good, bad, Ok,
Jugs bored to 3.875
9.5:1 compression flat top cast pistons
.30 head gasket
SE 203 Cams
TP rocker rollers
TP rocker box's
Heads ported and polished
1.940” Dia. Stainless Steel Intake Valves

1.610” Dia. Stainless Steel Exhaust Valves
I think I will need to enlarge the Valve releaf on the top of the piston.

Why the SE203s? Im kinda surprised no one else has flown off the handle with your selection. I have the mentality of do it right the first time. Id really look at cam selection. I understand its a bagger, but with all the other work youre doing, you would really benefit from a more aggressive cam. I ran SS 570s in my 95", everything else being almost identical, it made 99hp 101tq.... just something to think about. Do alittle more research and Im sure some of the builders will chime in very soon. Food for thought...my 95" wasnt enough so I went 107", split the cases, axtell kit, more headwork and cam. Once you get power youll ALWAYS want MORE!!!!! Im planning on a bagger as a second one day. Gonna be an 00-02 88" to start and gonna go to a 117" as soon as I take possesion. Just saying GO BIG and youll never regret it

Matt 816.Thanks, I went with the SE203 because It was free (the best reason I can think of) and it was just sitting in the garage. I can always go bigger later and look for a deal on some thing.

The 203's will not be a barn-burner, but if budget dictates, they are better than a sharp stick in the eye.
That said, if you upped the squeeze to 9.8-10.0 an Andrews 37 would work very well, and show much more, as would a Wood 6 set at 10.25(our favored cam in this set-up).
