Default 96cc build question

This may be a dumb question but I was wondering what am I lacking in a complete 106cc upgrade from my 96cc...I currently have the programmer,exhaust,bigger air cleaner. So what else will I need? Cam, piston, heads, jugs...etc Any input will be great as to what brand works the best also.thanks

I think you mean 96" > 106" ? That said, I think most 106"s come in the form of S&S kits. They include pistons/rings/pins/clips/cylinders and some gaskets. You can go to a 103"/107" by buying the piston kit and boring your stock cylinders. Add cams that best suit your riding/CID choice. Head work would be a + since they're off already. At least a nice valve job and CC'ing. Top end and cam gaskets, new cam bearings will be neccessary. How many miles on your motor? Maybe new lifters along with adjustible pushrods. What kind of FI management are you using? A good tune also....

Here's what your looking for in that Dyna;
Bore your cylinders to 107"
Heads that flow at/near 170cfm @ 10"
Wood 8 cams
55/58 HPI Max-Flo t/body
D&D Fatcat BB Baffle.
Low-mid 120's torque, mid-upper 120's hp within easy reach.
