im not using roller rockers
CC is low because of the altitude out here in Vegas , TR said it should be about 195-200 at sea level..

Ah yes, that explains it!

Thanks for the input, I'll bet that bike runs real strong. Keep us updated on your results with the turbo!

Current cam is the Wood TW-555 and naturally, the cranking compression is pretty high at 218 PSI. The TR-625 has slightly longer duration so I would think that compression would be reduced a small amount.

I like the bottom end performance with the 555 but I know the heads are capable of more and would like the bike to pull out further in the RPM band, but hopefully not give it up down low. Heads are ported with 1.94 intakes and flow pretty well.

Anyone running this cam with about this compression?

A Wood 408 sounds like a prime candidate, as it'll smack off the bottom, and continue on out.

I was under the impression anything .600+ needed them, I guess it was another myth.

Drago, will the TMan.625 be a good choice for a 113" bagger @ 199psi CCC?

Yes it will work fine. tq will still come on strong and carry out very far.
I like the tman 650 for the 113 with high comp.
Both cams make good power across the board the 650 makes a little more across.

Call me Sat if you want to talk. Be more than happy yo answer your questions.
