Default need a new carb

I have a 95' w/ SE heads,pistons,268 cams?,and a really hard to tune 2 barrell SE Holley.I hate that carb! Is a 42 or 45 Mikuni my better choice? All the mods were on the bike when i purchased it.Thanks for your help guys!

THe 44 cv would be a very easily tuned carb and well behaved with good performance
