Default Fitch permanent fuel catalyst - Miracle? Snake Oil?

I was perusing the JP Cycles catalog (great bathroom reading ), when I came upon the Fitch Permanent Fuel Catalyst, looks like you drop this thing into your tank:

Anyone tried this?

The only thing that will make gasoline better is to get rid of the ethanol and there is no majical cure for that except to vote out politicians in favor of it.

Snake oil! When leaded fuel was phased out over here in the UK there were similar things being sold that supposedly altered unleaded fuel so it wouldn't do any harm to older engines.

Turn over to the next page and pass that one by!
