Default Filter change with SEII exhaust

It may sound stupid but I gotta ask:

06 Heritage - I have the SEII exhaust already installed I bought a K&N filter to replace the OEM filter. With the exhaust and just replacing the filter will that change my fuel/air mixture enough that it will lean out my factory ecm settings? or will it be ok to ride.

I know the K/N filter helps the engine to breath better, I assume that means taking in more air. Seems like it is setting me up for a leaner than factory motor. I plan on having the SEII kit put on but using my new K/N filter (just have not decided on a map or SERT for fuel management).

Thanks
Tony

You really should put a fuel management system on when installing the A/C. It will change your air/fuel mix.
