Default ?? about pre-2006 Screaming Eagle slip-ons

Hey all! New to the site and own a '03 Ultra Classic Firefighter Edition. Anyway, I have a question concerning the "out of production" Screaming Eagle slip ons: right now I have stock pipes but definitely want a bit more noise. I don't want anything close to straight pipes but definitely louder than my stock. I have the chance to buy some SE's that apparently are no longer produced but was wondering how loud these really are. Doing my research, I see they are no longer made because they were too loud. Just curious how loud "too loud" is.
Thanks!

I guess another question is would the pipes from an 04 Road King fit my bike?
BTW, forgot to mention, I have a Kuryakyn stage 1 air intake and a Cobra programmer installed. I'm sure that will affect my sound.

you wouldn't need the pipes.. just the mufflers, unless you wanted tru duals..

I gutted the SE mufllers originally but the performance sucked and they sounded flat...

Sorry, I meant the slip-ons. Would the ones from an 04 RK fit my Ultra?
