Default Newbie looking for some answers

I just bought a Brand New 2011 Dyna Wide Glide.
I previously had a Sportster and had the Python 3 Slip-ons. I love the way these pipes sounded and want to get something similar on the new bike.
I spoke with the dealership and here is the quote they gave me.

1. Python Mumba Slip-Ons Does anyone have experience with these ones?
2. 1584 Stage1 EFI Kit
3. KIT-EFI Super Tuner, S.E
4. Dyno Tune

I didn’t have all this with the Sportster, but I want my new bike to run at its best performance.
Can you all give me your thoughts on this? To me seems like a little over kill for Slip-Ons, but I definitely don’t know a whole lot about exhaust. I would like to hear from some of you that have the knowledge if this sounds about right.

Also I know I am sounding like a real rookie right now, but I would like a little more info on what the Super Tuner and Dyno Tune do for the bike.

Thanks everyone!

Tell them to put pipes on and s-e air cleaner and flash the bike for stage1 set up, will be good to go. Theres better tuners than the sert. for your appl. and less costly. But you dont have to go that route right now. Unless you want of course.

Here's the deal. If you ONLY swap pipes... you are good to go, no tuner needed. BUT!!! If you later put a different AC on the bike you WILL need a tuning device. The key here is AIRFLOW. Pipes (or AC) only do not allow the engine to suck more air, but once the both are on a bike... it WILL flow more air. More air, without a corresponding addition of fuel, will make your bike run even leaner than it does now. This amount of lean is NOT GOOD FOR YOUR ENGINE. Flash for a Stage 1 is BS, because in all the closed loop areas... the EPA guidelines have to still be met. The Flash is OK for a pipe only ride.

Now...... some will bash me on that, but listen up! Just because someone THINKS his bike is running good, does NOT make it so. Lean makes heat and heat is an engine killer!

Do the exhaust and nothing else. Enjoy your bike for awhile. When your wallet is fat and you want more power... come back and ask.
