I went SuperMeg as well.
Seemed like I was half-measuring by 120R and not doing the exhaust. Stock header, SE Slip-ons?

If you want power/performance then the D and D Bosszilla 2 into 1 is the way to go.
Whether you go with their ghost pipe for visual balance is up to you and your pocket book.
You will NOT find a exhaust that outperforms the Bosszilla. Is it loud???? Yes its loud. Even the wrapped baffle version is loud.
As far as tuners. Get the TTS or PCV auto or the ThunderMax auto tuners. If you change intakes, exhausts or any other mild upgrade/change your auto tuner with O2 sensors will be able to adjust and tune for such variances. It will same you a trip of two to the dyno.
Good luck with your decision.

Your suggestions for tuners is all over the map, being that you are recommend speed density and Alpha N tuning systems. The TTS is similar to the SEST and tunes using the original ECM and narrow band sensors and a dongle, PC-V being quite different, but still using the ECM but with an add on module and wide band sensors and then the Thundermax which completely replaces the ECM and uses wide band sensors. All work very differently and produce very different results. The TTS is not an "autotune" system, but does have a function called V-tuning which will get you close. In all cases, you must have an understanding of how ignition timing impacts the engine and have somewhat of an understanding of the system. I have seen way too many purchase a system, hang it on the bike and complain it does not work.

I've experienced a Bassani Road Rage (great raspy sound but loud) and the Supertrapp Supermeg (as loud or quiet as you want). Both pipes performed great, really smoothed the low end out. I made my own baffle for the Bassani which really helped but then I sold that bike. On my 2002 Road Glide I have the Supertrapp and love it. I can still hear after a day in the saddle!
