Are there any reliable tuners/builders in western Pennsylvania? Who do you recommend? Where are they located? What is their web address and/or telephone number?

None I know of, but we have had folks here from New Kensington.

How far are you from Bethlehem, Pa? Check with Dave at JD's Cycleworks. You can google them to find address and telephone number.
