Default 103 CAMS for cruising highways

I have 2010 road glide ultra. I use it for highway riding any idea on what cams would be the best for 65 plus MPH towing a trailer so I can use the 6th gear? THANKS

If your 103" is a stock H-D 103" (lower compression/.045 head gasket), probably tough to beat a SE 255 or Andrew 48H. Maximum torque right in that 2500-3500 rpm range where you do most your riding. Others will chime in with their ideas..

The SE255 has great low end and works great in the 96ci motors....but for your 103, I think there are two other cams that will provide you more low end than your current cam does AND will provide you a broader power band that actually has some uumph above 4,000 rpm where the 255s die.

I would suggest you give consideration to the SE-211 cam for one. Its the same price (for a new one) as the 255s.

The other cam that people are bragging about but costs more is the new Woods cam the TW-555.

Eventhough I can't give you any firsthand experience, just looking at the specs, I'd lean toward the 555 over the 211. The 555 at a little earlier intake closure than the 211.

There are several threads on here from folks who have installed the new 555. I believe there may be one or two who installed them in a stock 103ci engine.

Andrews 48, or Wood 5-6.
