Default Hillside107 05 Deuce build

New to the forum. I ride a 05 Deuce and just had it brought up to a 107 by the Palmer Brothers at Hillside. From there I took it Joe's in Mechanicville, NY to get it expertly tuned. I'm going to post the Dyno sheets......all I can say is...these guy's are very good. I'll post the details as soon as possible. Basically....107....woods 8 cam...Stage 4 heads ...Fatcat exhaust....build from the bottom up. If these attachments don't work...I'll keep trying.

Super high numbers, even if they are posted in STD!! It's only a matter of time before your crank grenades on you with these kind of numbers though. I'd have it "Darkhorse'd" if it were me, may save you a bundle in the long run.

Don't worry about this engine whatsoever. We DO NOT build inferior powerplants here.
Quite the contrary, indeed.
It was done A to Z, to include the crank assembly being adressed by Hoban Bros/Darkhose Crankworks, our in-house Timken bearing conversion, and case boring, HPI 55/58 Max-Flo w/"yellow band" injectors, topped off with our Full-Flo air filter element(3.5"), Axtell 4.125" cylinder kit, Wood 8G cams @ 10.8 cr, our Stage IV Heads (288 cfm @ 28" @ .650 lift), S&S roller rockers, S&S Pushrods, Zippers oil pressure shim, VPC 92T clutch hat w/Barnett spring, and a D&D Fatcat with a Big-Bore baffle.

Right on, Ced.
And BTW, it ain't the hp that causes a crank to shift/slip, but the shear torque load, ie "twisting motion".
