Default v&h shorties

I don't care for the stock exhaust note on my lo-rider, and have been looking around at systems on the web and also at bikes on the street I've seen. I really like the look of the v&h short shots better than most of the others and wondered if anyone here had experience with them and would share some insight as to sound and are they too short in respect to hot exhaust gases and the passengers foot.

I have them installed on my 01 lowrider. First of they look great and give the bike a more custom look. Second at about 3500rpm's you'll begin to set off car alarms on residential streets. Great performance and sound. No complaints about the hot gases, keep in mind that most of time your moving one way and the gases coming out of the rear seem to get swept away in the breeze.

I have short shots on my night train. I love them. Especially like the fact that not everyone has them.

Do these pipes work fine with the fuel injected systems? Will I need another Power Commander Download when I install these pipes?
