Sigh of relief
She started! My 95 build started and I built it. I want to say thanks to everyone who helped me out along the way. I still have some things to do but none engine related before I can get it on the road. But I started around 5 times and let her run for about 30 seconds each time. My build was kinda a science project. Here are the final details.
Started as a cam change only, my choice was Hq-0034. Then my friend hooked me up with one of his friend and he said he could get me pistons for a real good price and he had a set of take off heads from a 09 that were already redone. The heads had all new vavles and mild port and polish Dont know all the specs but he said nothing major would be fine for a 95". They were milled 30 tho. Got some wiesco forged piston 9:1. The box said the had -2.0cc. The weisco top end kit came with .030 head gaskets. I was trying to keep compression mild cause of the cam. I was told to stay under 10:1 with that cam. I used big boys calc and it came out to be 9.3, but dont know if it might be a hair higher cause of the mill. But Im sure it prob less than 10:1
Exhuast is a d&d fatcat and tuner is a PCIII from fuelmoto. New HQ lifters and the se camplate upgrade kit plus new inner cam bearings. Im still going to have it tuned. Im going to use Bob at RC cycles again. Sorry about such a long post but just want to share results so far. Again thanks to everyone who answered my many post and questions
Yeah that fatcat is loud, I think maybe louder than my thunderheader

Congrats, give yourself a pat on the back.
It's hard to say what your compression is because you don't know your chamber volume or deck height. However, if the chambers were in the typical 85cc-86cc range (I have seen them at 89cc) and .030" was cut and the Wiseco piston dome volume is -2; your static should be about 9.4, corrected (for the HQ cam) about 8.9 and cranking about 181. A mild build but should be a good runner.
Don't get carried away with heat cycles. Start her up and when you can feel some heat coming off the rear cylinder, ride her. Keep the rpms under 3500 for the first couple of hundred miles, get her out where you can get some good third gear pulls and let her decel; you should be able to seat the rings in 50-100 miles.
Use conventional oil for break in; no synthetic. Change oil and filter 500 miles and if you want to run synthetic, change over.
At 500 miles do a compression check for a baseline to compare to in the future when you have some miles on the engine.
Good luck!
