Engine Pop on Start?

I have an '05 Heritage with fuel injection. Just lately it has started popping, back firing, whatever you want to call it, on first start after it has been sitting for a day or two. Seems fine after first start. anyone know what the problem is? thanks.

Faulty crank position sensor can cause this to happen. Sounds like it's on its way out!
