I have a 2003 Road King and I just changed the spark plugs and noticed the ends were black. I know that this is a result of the bike running rich, but what can be some of the issues I might be able to check to figure out the problem. Thanks

 

Change your air filter or a carb adjustment.

 

I will change the air filter but it's fuel injected. any thoughts?

 

fuel pressure regulator? Try some fuel cleaner? Or maby a bad sensor but if you were running fine I cant think of what would cause it to go rich. Mine "fuel injected" went way lean two weeks after my dyno/tune it ended up bieng a fuel filter but rich has got me stumped. Gong to have to think about this one. Let us know if you figure it out.
