If you pull the heads for more work go with the SE 1.725 rockers for a .541 lift, at less than $150. shipped it's cheaper than cams. A 30T pulley will give you a nice gain also, the stock 32/66 is way too tall.

excuse my not knowing but what is bored Delphi, is this boring the cylinders ?

The begining of it would be to flow test the heads, and reccomend from there. 10.25, yes, and the addition of compression releases.
A bored Delphi is the 2-pc unit, and was under the assumption that your model was so equipped.
PaulS, makes a very good point in regards to the 1.725 rocker arms.
That would kick things in the a$$ as well.
