k, Heres mine....couple of different setups in one shot.
Comparison from the el cheapo aftermarket slips (Wild Pig), to stock bassani, to no baffle bassani, to modified baffle (took packing out). I didnt change fuel settings, so it does sound rough in spots...but once I put in the proper setting, she's all better.
Hope this helps. And if anyone can explain why Bassani puts those crosspieces there (vertical line in the slips), I'd love to know....I'm fixin to dremel them off.
Im currently running the unpacked baffled version, hope to cut a little more restriction out when I do the dremelin'

I dont know how to embed the video, so here: http://youtu.be/sGxXNuILD0g

Default Rush Baffle Question

Is it true the 1.5 " Baffle is more quiet than the 2.5 " baffle ? I am looking for a very deep throaty H-D sound. I ride a 2005 RK Custom.

I have the baffles out. Will post video with baffles installed without the glass wrap on them.

I am curious how the Thunderheader slip-ons sound.

I thot the stock Bassani's sounded best, and I'm using Bose in-ear earbuds. No baffles sounded like a garbage truck.

I didn't like the stock baffle, but agree about no baffle...sounded like ****. I wound up with a slightly modified baffle, still wasn't perfect, but was a good comprimise (moot point though, totalled the bike a month ago...get to start alllll over again with a Road Glide..dunno what pipes are going on yet)
