I put V&H long shots on my 05 hertiage. When I took the old pipes off they had no gaskets . The instructions book calls for it . I can't see a gasket seating with the flandge . So what is it ,depend on the flandge or is a gasket need?

 

Take a small pick or something you can dig into the exhaust port with. I bet there is a gasket in there. Sometimes you can't see them but they are there.

2010 FLHX Street Glide. Just trying to finalize some of the mods I want done before picking her up. Thinking of going with V&H Dresser Duals, V&H Hi Output Slip Ons, S&S Single Bore Tuned Induction dual element Air Cleaner and SE Race Tuner. Has anyone had any experiences (good,bad or indifferent) or has anyone heard this set up run before?? Would really appreciate some input if someone has any
