Is it me? or are your numbers off?? I have a 124 & i'm at 4.125(B) * 4.625(S).If you go with a 4.375 stroke you need a 4.2550 bore right??Why not bore the stock cases & save money?? If you go after market cases then you should go bigger than a 124ci.I would be looking at a 131 minium if i change cases.Just my I would watch how big you go with bore, because of the sealing surface. Not much meat there to seal cases.Call Ron Dickey at Axtell ,or Dan Baisley, & see what they would recommend.I don't think Axtell would recommend going that big on the bore, but I could be wrong!!!

I will be doing the 4.2550 bore. As to why i am not interested in boring my stock cases, I've heard of too many horror stories about bored stock cases seeping.
I do not want to take that chance. Furthermore, if i get aftermarket cases now, should want to go bigger later on, i have room to build. I do believe however the 124 will be enough.
Have you had any problems?

I would use the Jims or R&R or S&S I also I have sold 124 kits cylinders and Wisceo pistons, to other shops with theese combo no problems...... I have had good luck with the Jims Cases for larger bore motors. with up to 135 inch motors...... 135 is the biggest I have gone so far on the Jims Cases and no probs. here......... Now I would not do this size with a blower...... you will have head gaskets problems..... even if you try to
o-ring them not a enffff serfice area... you are pushing it.....
