Default 02 Bung plug removal

Hi everyone, I need some advise.
I want to remove one of the 02 PLUGS that are in my Rinehart exhaust system. They are an allen head type plug. I have put PB Blaster on them and slight heat from a burnz 0 matic but no luck. I even tried a Vice grip on the very edge of the plug and could not get it to move ( the vice grip would come off)' Any ideas short of removing the pipes and attacking them off the bike.

it is a 07 Night Train with Rinehart 2 into 1.

Thanks in advance.

Heat on the plug will expand the plug, not what you want to do.

Liquid wrench and some heat and then cooling on the pipe "around" the plug a few times might help. Not so much heat to burn the oil off.

The idea is to draw the oil into the threads. Let it sock in.
