Potential performance gains by changing my exhaust?
Hello,
So I am thinking of changing my exhaust. I currently have V&H side shots, no baffles. When I had my motor work done, 95", intake, Andrews cams (34g's I think) put in, I was DYNO'D 89tq and 98hp.
I was wondering what exhaust you would recommend and what it would do to my numbers by changing it to something different...

I had Sideshots w/BCT QQ baffles and changed to a Supermeg 20 disc closed, the power came on sooner and felt better but my numbers came in down 7hp/2tq overall, it might have been because it was a different dyno and operator, I ended up going with 14 open and it feels a lot better, it's too hot out for me to dyno again so I don't have any numbers.

D&D fatcat 2 into 1. I'll bet you get at least another 5 hp and TQ, but most likely a bit more. A longer exhaust allows more scavenging of teh exhaust gasses, and a 2 into will really boost the power. Other good 2 into 1 options are Thunderheader, V&H, BUB, etc. Let me know if you want discounted forum pricing.
Thanks!

I think the closed cap was hurting my numbers in the upper R's and it did feel better down low. It feels right now with 14 disc open. I did have decent baffles to start with so you should see more of an increase.
