There used to be a Harley specialist here in the UK called RMD! Did my heads and other work, but long gone now.

Your name reminded me. He retired not long after doing a major rebuild of my bike. One friend reckons he was able to on the profits he made from me!

rough rule of thumb.

1 point of compression ratio increase, all other things being the same, will raise HP 2 HP per cilender.
So a late model at 9.5cr to 10.5cr yields 4 HP.

Rarely do folks do only CR increase onle. Just not labor and cost effective.

But, IMO, the HC pistons can be in the way of getting the most from the heads. For the street. Must take care with these.
