Default Miss at steady rmp's

Hey guys, i'm having a "hiccup" when I hold my throttle at a steady rpm.
The bike runs rough when it is first started, and then runs good when it is warmed up. Then this hiccup starts occurring.

And when i say "Hiccup" i mean it sort of like it missed every one in a while.

The bike sat for about 6 months. Do you think i need to clean the carb or rejet?
Also the bike was moved from Indiana to Arizona. Its a 2002 xl1200c

Yes, clean the carb for starters. Wouldn't hurt
Sounds lean.
Check intake and exhaust for leaks.
The rejeat thing all I can say is what altitude difference?
