Dude,
What ever happened? I just ran across this post as I am about to send my $9,000 rebuild in for a correct repair that the builder I used here in Morgan Hill, California hosed up.
I too am having a real hard time letting this go. I dread going through small claims court, but I will yelp him and file a complaint with BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair).

 

bagman, what builder Morgan Hill? A friend and myself both had work done by one guy who appeared like a good guy.
