Hard Krome 4" duals

I'm ready to order a set of Hard Krome duals for my 06 RK custom.Have herd that the 3" are loud.Anyone herd the 4",supposed to be quieter.Just woundering about the sound note and if the larger diamiter look as good as the 3".
