I'd like to go with a 103 inch kit, step up the compression a little, stick with the stock heads, a good strong torque cam but one that doesn't fall off to quickly and get it all dialed in on a dyno useing the TTS Mastertune. I'm after a strong exhaust note. I'd like to stick with the Rineharts but I'm open to changing exhausts if it would compliment the suggested components

Are you looking for a little more or a lot more? You could have 1.900" valves installed with a little clean up and new springs, an Andrews 54 cam, and 103 or 107 inch pistons in your stock cylinders. Those pipes work well but for best torque that will pop you eye ***** to the back of your skull and sound great I like the Road Rage. I like your choice of tuning tools.
