88 Twin oil change issue

for the dyna the plug is on the side of the pan near the primary case.

I see the tranny bolt which has the O ring correct? And on the same casing to the rear of the stock stand i see another allen bolt on the front side ( not bottom), and the one on the casing to the front of that that is a smaller allen bolt which is the one i drained.

Transmission drain plug is the 5/8 plug on the pan directly under the transmission. On the same pan, on the left SIDE there is another 5/8 plug.

I think i see the bolt, same size but not the bottom of the pan actually pointing to the left of the bike correct?

tranny drain plug goes upwards. oil drain plug is towards the primary and goes in sideways.

Here's a pic I just took of mine. This is from the right side of the bike. The drain plug on the left that goes straight up is the tranny. The drain plug on the right that goes in sideways is the oil. It'll be close to where your kickstand folds up.
