Default Installing / removing a 4* advance key?

How much labour / time is involved in removing a 4* adv key? Is it a really quick simple job.... or do you practically have to completely remove and re-install the cams?

If your really hustling, you can do it in about 1 hour.

OK thanks, so its a relatively quick and easy job compared to installing new cams.
