engine pushing oil into primary....

engine pushing oil into primary....
So, i've got this bike...used to be a 78 superglide....now its not.
Basically, i had donny peterson make me a raked and stretched frame with all the stock 4 spd tabs on it....I sold my factory frame and cases and built an 88 inch big bore shovel and put it into the frame...blew up the engine and bought an evo.
So, now the motor is a '86 Evo out of an FXR. Its in the frame with all the 4 spd stuff except exhaust.....
the motor is supposed to have 40,000 miles total on it and 10,000 on a top end.
When i first started riding it like this late last sept it was burning oil like crazy, blowing oil out the crankcase vent, and I found it was pushing oil into the primary. The primary is 'sealed' according to a tech article donny peterson wrote on the topic some years ago. No drip, no oil return, vented to atmosphere.
I parked it for the winter, did a valve job, measured the cyls, deglazed them and put rings in it. The pistons were .010 over but in good condition as were the cyl walls. They measured in spec and were straight. I also changed the sprocket shaft seal at this time.
I started riding again a few weeks ago when the igloos melted and i'm still getting oil in the primary. I changed the seal and spacer this time....still pushing oil into the primary....checked breather gear timing, was found good, replaced the plastic with metal....still pushing oil.
the only other thing i can think of is the bearing insert being loose.
Any evo guru's have any clues? Also, like i said, its all fourspeed parts in there...if there isn't a thick enough washer/spacer/shim under the compensating sprocket nut, could that allow the sprocket shaft spacer to move and let oil past it?
I dunno...help?
