Default Won't start when warm

I have a 1980 XLCH with a s&s super E carb. The bike runs great cold and warm but after I stop for 10 mins the bike will not start. It coughs out the carb and makes a low rumbling sound out of the pipes. It will shoot flames out the pipes if I keep trying to start it. I've adjusted the timing a couple of different times and messed with different vairations of the mixture.
